CLAIMS
Claims Analyst I
The Claims Analyst is responsible for processing of medical, vision, dental and STD claims, including coding and evaluation for program coverage with close attention paid to quality and quantity of work. This work includes identification of claims requiring additional information, and the review and resolution of aged claims. After training in HMA’s Bellevue or Everett office, the individual in this position will have the opportunity to work from home. To be considered for this position, you must live within 70 miles of either Bellevue or Everett, Washington.

Director, Client Services
The Director, Client Services, develops long and short term departmental goals and is responsible for long-term strategic planning and management of the Client Services department. Working closely with Account Executives, the Director will supervise the Client Services Product Manager as well as all Account Managers, Account Associates and Account Service Representatives in the Client Services department. As part of the Director Team, and under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer, this position assists in determining overall HMA goals and direction. In cooperation with the Customer Service department, responds to elevated client inquiries and resolves high level claims issues. This position is also responsible for the development, monitoring, and administration of the Client Services annual budget and for ensuring appropriate staffing levels and interdepartmental interactions on behalf of our self-funded clients.

Supervisor, Case Management
The Supervisor, Case Management is a leadership position responsible for oversight of all Case Management services provided by HMA, management of a small CM case load, and direct supervision of a committed team of professional Case Managers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. The Supervisor, Case Management is an integral part of the leadership team in our vibrant Health Services department and will have the opportunity to implement new policies and procedures.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst’s role is to develop, establish, and ensure quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. This includes writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes both vendor applications and internally developed software. Responsibilities also include gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects and systems requirements. The QAA will work closely with all HMA operational departments in writing business requirements, as well as with the developers in the IT Dept to design and test new and enhanced software. This position will further act as project manager as assigned by the IT Director.
