The Account Manager is responsible for direct management of a book of business, serving as the primary client liaison, and for ensuring the benefit administration needs of our brokers and clients are exceeded. The Account Manager is to provide support and assist in the development of the Account Services Representatives. They are responsible for meeting specific individual goals as well as departmental goals.

Under the direction of the Manager, Consumer Directed Healthcare, this position is responsible for benefit plan building, plan document reviews and benefit recommendations in collaboration with our Client Services and IT departments. The individual in this position must have a detailed understanding of all major system modules. This position is responsible for the analysis of group plans and data; analysis and documentation of products in a test environment through implementation; and for analysis of new upgrades and enhancements to software, as well as testing the enhancements and ensuring a smooth launch to the production environment. Responsibilities include defining functional requirements and performing acceptance testing. User training on new features is expected.

IT Systems Coordinator
The Systems Coordinator is primarily responsible for the 1st tier help desk response for a 200 employee company. This position troubleshoots and resolves problems for users in a timely and professional manner, assists with workstation and printer troubleshooting and maintenance, FTP set-up, Server maintenance, and user security and permissions administration. This role is a central one within HMA and interacts regularly with all levels of staff throughout the company.
