Lori manages the claims team at HMA which is focused on quality and continual process improvement. Lori works closely with Customer Success to support requests from clients that require in depth claims knowledge or cross departmental collaboration. Lori and the claims department use power BI to analyze production trends and productivity as well as inventory management. Prior to HMA, Lori was vice president of operations at Efinancial in Bellevue.
