On August 1st, HMA kicked off our 6 week "Walk to Rio" movement challenge! Our Wellness Committee increased our goals and rewards for this year's challenge since it's our 5th year of offering a HMA-sponsored movement challenge. I'm very excited to report, that we met all of our goals! Our goals were are focused on: higher participation, less fallout, and a high number of team steps. read more
