With over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, Kat’s background includes working as an advocate for both members and providers as well as specializing in benefits, contracts, and compliance.
A systems thinker at heart, Kat tries to look at all aspects of any situation and potential impacts to help her be pro-active in her work. In addition, she strives to develop collaborative working relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to better meet the needs of all members.
Kat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University
Kat has a passion for strengthening and developing communities to bring people together. She spends her free time volunteering with a number of local non-profit organizations in addition to working as a facilitator supporting individuals with disabilities connect with their communities.
