Claims Specialist II

The Claims Specialist will work with a team responsible for the accurate and timely handling of all claims received, which consist of medical, dental vision and short-term disability that HMA administers for our clients.

Manager, Claims Operations

As a Manager of Claims, you will have the opportunity to provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure claims are correctly processed and paid.  Claims processing and payment is the heart of our business activity. On a day-to-day basis, you will ensure we have the proper operational controls, administrative procedures, and people in place to effectively deliver timely and accurate claims payment.

This role will lead and develop a highly energized HR team while overseeing the entire suite of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leadership coaching, HRIS, payroll, benefits, compensation, leaves, employee relations, rewards & recognition, process improvements, compliance, technology enhancements, vendor management, wellness, engagement, and career development.

Temporary (6 Months) Vendor Operations Specialist 

This temporary position will oversee and manage the Product-Vendor relationship for our health solution products that clients pay for. Working with existing vendors to ensure they are delivering against the contracted scope of work and requirements.
