The Implementation Specialist role contributes to HMAs success by ensuring all aspects of setting up new a client is completed correctly and on time ensuring broker and client satisfaction. As a critical part of a new client set up you will work directly with operational areas managing tasks and timelines.

The Manger of Technical Business Analysis leads a team of talented and skilled technical business analysts to understand, analyze, and document business processes, data flows, system capabilities, and user requirements.  You will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices for your team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with other leaders and stakeholders. You will also be proficient in agile methodologies, have familiarity with Azure Dev Ops / Azure Boards (ADO), and have a strong background in the technical business analysis function.
