Account Manager I
As the primary point of contact for clients and brokers, this role is primarily responsible for building strong relationships. You will be responsible for the retention of clients and partners to execute on health care strategies and initiatives. Director, Client Success
The Director, Client Success, is charged with leading a team of Client Success Managers to implement exceptional persistency and client engagement metrics. This role will establish a portfolio-based consultant culture (working closely with Sales and Sales Operations) in which Client Success managers are responsible for managing their collective teams. These teams will be responsible for broker and client relationships, retention, and the cross-selling of products and services within their respective books of business.
Implementations and Proposals Manager
The Implementation and Proposal Manager role contributes to HMAs success by ensuring all aspects of setting up new a client and completion of proposals are completed correctly and on time ensuring broker and client satisfaction. As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will provide oversite for new client implementations and RFP responses as well as participate in department and corporate projects.
Sales Executive II - Eastern Washington/Northern & Central Idaho
The Sales Executive represents HMA by selling all lines of HMA business including Medical, Dental, Vision, as well as various solution products and programs as available targeted in the 100+ employee market. This role is primarily responsible for educating and partnering with producers in Eastern Western and Northern/Central ID in order to grow HMA’s book of business.
Onsite Sales & Client Success Coordinator I
As a Sales Coordinator at HMA, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Executives with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepping materials for finalist presentations, and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
This position requires being onsite at our Bellevue office 2-3 days per week.
Payment Integrity Analyst III
In this Payment Integrity Analyst III role, you’ll own operational management and long-term growth of large programs within HMA’s payment integrity portfolio. This role stretches from daily operations to program evolution, and your expertise in performance analysis, building effective coalitions, and project management of complicated scenarios will be essential to delivering programs that are high quality and highly effective.
Appeals Specialist II
This role will use critical thinking skills to each unique appeal or reconsideration request and craft, edit and finalize precise and accurate written communication in the form of letters and client facing communication. This position will conduct outreach regarding appeal status, determinations and explanations with a high of confidence and accuracy.
Database Administrator II
The Database Administrator’s role is to design, install, monitor, maintain, and performance tune production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software.
Utilization Management Nurse II
The Utilization Management Nurse collaborates with external entities such as Brokers, Group Contacts, and Stop Loss supports to provide updated information on case specifics within HIPAA regulations.
Case Manager II
The Case Manager provides holistic primary Care Management for all client groups including Medical and Managed Behavioral Health services, monitoring of member utilization and claim patterns and ongoing case management for complex care. Case Managers collaborate with external entities such as Brokers, Group Contacts, and Stop Loss supports to provide updated information on case specifics within HIPAA regulations.
