Lindsay leads sales, marketing, client services, and product management for HMA as the Chief Client Officer. She has been an integral member of the company for over 10 years and owns creation and implementation of the organization’s product roadmap. Her leadership in strategy, innovative products and client service has been instrumental in HMA’s topline revenue growth of over 25% since 2015.
Committed to providing excellent client and broker service, she drives the company’s process improvement initiatives involving all customer-facing touch points, and spearheads service strategies to help keep client costs down while delivering improved member experience and outcomes.
Prior to joining HMA, Lindsay held a variety of program management, program evaluation and consulting positions. These included roles at Premera Blue Cross, Mathematica Policy Research, and the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality at the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington D.C. Additionally, Lindsay serves on the Community Board of the Pacific Medical Center in Seattle, WA.
She has authored articles for the Puget Sound Business Journal, Washington Healthcare News, and The Kaiser Family Foundation, among others, and holds a WELCOA certification.
Lindsay is passionate about improving member health, simplifying the complexities of healthcare, and helping employers control costs so their health plans are sustainable over the long term. She is dedicated to ensuring that every customer can rely on HMA to be a proactive partner who will innovate to make healthcare better while continuing to deliver great service every day.
Lindsay earned a BA in Chemistry from Knox College and a MPP (Masters of Public Policy) from Georgetown University.
Lindsay enjoys playing hide and seek and games of imagination with her young kids. She hopes to invent a product that will keep them young forever so they don’t grow up and get too cool to hang out with their mom. In case that doesn’t pan out, Lindsay is also cultivating a love of travel.
