The Active&Fit Direct program is offered through American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc., one of the nation’s leading fitness networks serving millions of members.

Limitations/Disclaimer: Participants must be 18 years of age and have a valid email address. Dependents must be over 18 years of age to be eligible. Family rates are not applicable to this program. Participants may pay by credit card and are charged in advance on a monthly basis using a recurring payment subscription. Participants commit to 3 months of membership. If a participant chooses to cancel, they must provide a 30-day notice of cancellation. All payments are subject to tax, if applicable, based on the participant’s location. Fee Notice: A $28 enrollment fee, $28 for the current month (regardless of the enrollment date within that month), and $28 for the next month are due when you enroll. Recurring payments are charged on the same date each month as your enrollment date, starting the month after you enroll. The fee collected is for the following month’s participation.
